Meet the Founder

I’m Juan Rodriguez, founder of J’s Custom Flooring. Since 2015, I’ve worked throughout California in the flooring industry, turning raw materials into beautiful, lasting foundations for homes and businesses. 
While I offer a full range of flooring services, hardwood flooring is both my specialty and my favorite type of work to complete. 
I moved to Bakersfield in 2024 and couldn’t be more thankful to be part of this growing, welcoming community. Whether I’m working with homeowners, interior designers, or local contractors, I bring care, precision, and a strong commitment to quality. Along the way, I’ve built real connections with the people I work with — because solid relationships lead to solid results.
